Plastic parts with the tooling and process behind them.
Custom injection molded parts for appliance, automotive, electronic and equipment manufacturers. We work from a part drawing through tooling, molding, surface finishing and component assembly.
Company profile: Qingdao Sanhe Electromechanical Parts Co., Ltd. · EVER POWER presentation

A factory profile, not an unsupported capability list.
The details shown here come from the company brochure and should be confirmed for the current production project.

One process is rarely the whole job.
Plastic parts have to come out of a mold, fit the next assembly and look right under real inspection conditions. The company profile lists injection molding, precision mold manufacture, painting, printing and electronic assembly in one production workflow.
Capabilities that connect
Choose the manufacturing step you want to discuss and bring it back to one drawing-controlled inquiry.
Plastic Injection Molding
Production of custom precision plastic parts from approved tooling, supported by a documented machine range from 7 to 1,850 tonnes across more than 70 molding machines.
Injection Mold Manufacturing
Tooling design and fabrication are part of the company profile. The listed workshop includes three Sodick EDM machines, two Sodick wire-EDM machines and two DMG engraving or milling machines.
Plastic Painting & Printing
Finishing capability includes one automatic painting line and three semi-automatic painting lines in the supplied brochure. The company also identifies a printing team.
Plastic Parts Assembly
The supplied profile identifies electronic assembly work and shows a semi-automatic assembly operation. Assembly is offered as a project-specific extension to injection molding.
From a drawing to a repeatable part
Each stage should resolve a different uncertainty; scope and approval gates are agreed in the project.
Drawing review
Part function, material requirements, critical dimensions and expected volume.
Tooling discussion
Parting line, draft, cooling, ejector placement and surface specification.
Sample assessment
Confirm dimensions, appearance, mating fit and documented deviations.
Production & assembly
Agree lot identification, finishing, inspection, packing and shipment.
Products are built into systems
The application determines what should be inspected and which interfaces are critical.
Automotive
Automotive molded parts often fail procurement approval on interface detail rather than nominal shape. Define clip retention, fastening loads, temperature exposure, visible finish and drawing revisions.
Application considerations →Home Appliances
An appliance fascia may look simple in CAD and still be difficult to mold without sink, waviness or decoration drift. Functional knob positions, display openings and broad visual surfaces deserve separate acceptance criteria.
Application considerations →Consumer Electronics
Users notice seams, colour and button feel before they notice a dimensional drawing. Electronic housings benefit from early review of PCB clearance, snap fits, parting lines, vents and cosmetic areas.
Application considerations →Medical Equipment
Medical equipment programs begin with intended-use classification, traceable drawings and acceptance plans. The component manufacturer must not imply finished-device clearance simply because a plastic housing has been molded.
Application considerations →Useful notes before you release a tool
Design questions are easier to solve when the source drawing still has room for change.
Draft Angles for Plastic Housings
A wall that looks vertical in CAD has to clear the steel core during ejection. Even modest surface texture changes the release problem.

MOQ depends on part type and order value. New customers may request 1–5 samples where suitable. Mixed models are possible at around USD 1,500 total. Small 1–2-piece orders can cost more per piece. Indicative lead times: standard items 10–25 working days; custom parts 20–45; project equipment 45–120. EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP are common; FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP and DDP can be agreed case by case.
