Production of custom precision plastic parts from approved tooling, supported by a documented machine range from 7 to 1,850 tonnes across more than 70 molding machines.
Production of custom precision plastic parts from approved tooling, supported by a documented machine range from 7 to 1,850 tonnes across more than 70 molding machines.

Clamping force, projected area, resin flow and gate position are considered together. Machine tonnage alone does not confirm that a specific geometry can be molded.
The process is defined by part geometry and acceptance standards. A component may move to finishing or assembly after molding, but the entire route should be planned rather than assumed.
OEM project workflow →An engineering quote is more accurate when each operation has a clear deliverable.
| Decision / operation | Engineering discussion |
|---|---|
| Project-based press and mold matching | Specify measurable acceptance criteria, related drawing revision and the buyer approval milestone. |
| Visible A-surface and dimensional requirements | Specify measurable acceptance criteria, related drawing revision and the buyer approval milestone. |
| Mold trial and sample approval | Specify measurable acceptance criteria, related drawing revision and the buyer approval milestone. |
| Inspection according to approved drawings | Specify measurable acceptance criteria, related drawing revision and the buyer approval milestone. |
| Material and dimensions | Review exact grade and tolerance requirements against actual geometry. |
| Project scale | Confirm volume, number of tools and expected production schedule. |

Molded dimensions, coating layers and final assembly fits interact. Verify them in the order used for the production part.
Mark the critical features, revision, sample standard and intended use.
Connect process equipment, inspected geometry and cycle strategy.
Define inspection state, surface sampling and lot traceability.
No generic capability claim can substitute for a detailed drawing review.
| Question | Required input |
|---|---|
| Which specific equipment? | Part projected area, mass, mould envelope and applicable machine details. |
| Which resin grade? | Material specification, colour, fillers, regulatory or durability constraints. |
| How is quality approved? | Critical-to-quality dimensions, A-surface reference, tests and sign-off owner. |
| Who owns the tooling? | Tooling contract, revisions, future maintenance and transfer arrangements. |

MOQ depends on part type and order value. New customers may request 1–5 samples where suitable. Mixed models are possible at around USD 1,500 total. Small 1–2-piece orders can cost more per piece. Indicative lead times: standard items 10–25 working days; custom parts 20–45; project equipment 45–120. EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP are common; FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP and DDP can be agreed case by case.
